I could not find any unbiased testimonials (from outside the official site) that reflected side effects.  But considering the ingredients I doubt you’ll receive effects more than slight facial flushing (from increased blood flow.)

Male Extra Conclusion

Hmmm…first of all (and as stated earlier) there is no such thing as a PENIS ENLARGEMENT PILL.  If you really think you can make your penis 3 inches bigger, you’re going to be vastly disappointed.

Secondly, I like all the free goodies–and I do think exercise is paramount to success conquering sexual problems like erectile dysfunction (as is healthy diet)–but I question whether we’re just getting wowed here by the freebies and ignoring the fact that the formula itself seems “just okay.”

You do get your money back–providing you get an email response from the company prior to returning, and less shipping and handling costs and a $20 processing fee–but the lack of “street cred” outside of the official site makes me leery.
