• L-Phenylalanine–energy booster
• Selenium–may improve mood
• Zinc–a trace mineral good for overall health

The problem with amounts of each ingredient is the unknown value of each.  There has been no establishment of criteria for these ingredients or research on many of these ingredients to know if they are strong enough to do any good.  Research is so limited on this testosterone supplement that it may be like taking a placebo.

The ingredient they say is different than in other testosterone supplements is  Arctic Root. However the real name for Arctic Root is rhodiola rosea which is commonly used in other testosterone supplements.  The problem with this herb is there is no clinical proof that it works.  There is very little information on it and without knowing how effective it is in erectile dysfunction it is hard to say that it will solve any problems.
